A POS Installation that Pops Off

How did we turn heads in Metro? We took some champagne for a spin on a Ferris wheel in this glamorous POS installation.

The champagne house Vranken-Pommery wanted a Christmastime POS display with glitz and glamor. Our first thought when we got the brief? That if you want to stand out at Christmastime, when everything is flashing and glittering, you’ll need something big. Feeling festive, we came up with the idea of a Ferris wheel, where the bottles would make their rounds.

Through close collaboration between our design and production units, the vision became a reality: a 2.4-meter-tall Ferris wheel with integrated lighting and a romantic Parisian backdrop, spreading Christmas magic in a class of its own. These displays spread Christmas cheer in ten exclusive Metro stores nationwide.

Visually, “Pommeryland” is reminiscent of a classic, nostalgic Christmas market and a high-end department store.

Reduced to blue and white – a reference to the brand color and the home of the champagne house France – the Ferris wheel spread glamor and elegance in the pre-Christmas season.
