Independent and confident management of (new) projects and customers
Organization, consulting, further development and expansion of (new) customers
Creation of client presentations and confident presentation to the client
Creating & summarizing complex rebriefings and creative briefs
Putting together project teams with the person responsible for creation
Independent management of project teams & coordination of the project team incl. freelancers
Creation, control & adherence to timings
Taking responsibility for costs and resources, e.g. complex proposal preparation & very profitable budget control
Development of employees (e.g. junior consultants, consultants)
You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience (e.g. print-oriented agency or corporate marketing department) and an understanding of classic analog print processes/communication
You are very familiar with project management, customer consulting and management & cost negotiations and the role as an interface between customers, consulting and creation. Nice to have: Relevant studies or training
You have experience in strategic brand communication and a good feel for the needs of FMCG clients
You enjoy independently implementing your own complex projects and generally have a talent for organization
You have experience with national & international brands
You support national and international clients in English
