ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (F/M/D)

As the ideal Account Director you are the reliable person between client, strategy and creation. Equipped with a sound understanding of clients and markets, leadership market understanding, leadership experience, sovereignty and an ability to think outside the box, you are a competent contact person and team leader. Your passion for packaging and/or print media makes you the perfect partner for the WINTeam. As an account director, you will report directly to the division management, actively expand your division in terms of existing and new customers, and develop not only your account, but also yourself and your employees.

YOUR TASKS:

- You support and advise your customer base and actively develop customer relationships

- You act in the operational day-to-day business, both with your own projects and as a leader for your team

- You lead, manage and develop your own team, consisting of seniors and juniors

- You ensure independent quality and cost management as well as constant monitoring of ongoing projects and work processes.
